TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2023 By (1) Patrick Lumumba Nyakeyo and (2) Lucy Okenyuri Nyakeyo, both of P.O. Box 781=40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Nyakeyo Ayega, who died at C. M. M. Hospital in Kenya, on 11th March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the coritrary and appearaiice in this respect éfiteréd within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice ii the Kenya Gazette.
