TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 78 OF 2023 By Leah Jepkirong Chepkwony, of P.O. Box 85-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, through Messrs. Odede & Oduor, advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christine Tapchumo Maiyo, who died on 24th August, 2013. CAUSE NO. 87 OF 2023 By Beatrice Mukhwana Luttah, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sylvester Njoyi Muchinyi. who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on |/th March, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
