TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E3 OF 2023 By Henry Namwamba Obul, of P.O. Box 36, Port Victoria in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abangi Ombul, who died at Bukani, on 12th October, 1980. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2023 By Patrick Odwori Marendere, of P.O. Box 36, Port Victoria in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Marende Inagi, who died at Bukani, on 7th August, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
