Box 70, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Anyango Omboya alias Anyango Omboyo, who died on 10th February, 1994. CAUSE No. E142 OF 2023 By Joshua Otieno Obunga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muspol Obunga Olewe alias Obunga Olewe, who died on Sth January, 2010. 3rd November, 2023 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
