TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E119 OF 2023 By Malack Alukhome Okutoyi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justus Okhutoi Alukhome alias Okutoyi Alukhome, who died at Bushieni in 2006. CAUSE NO. E228 OF 2023 By Jackson Makomere Okutoyi, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nasitsi Osore Namakhabwa alias Nasitsi Osore Makhabwa, who died at Ibokolo in 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
