CAUSE NO. 146 OF 2023 By Lucy Chaku Kinoti, of P.O. Box 427-60202, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kinoti Inoti, who died at Nkubu Hospital in Kenya, on 13th January, 2023. CAUSE NO. 147 OF 2023 By (1) Vellellian Ndia Mutegi, (2) Denis Mugambi Mutegi, (3) Doreen Kinya Mutegi and (4) Loyd Mwenda Mutegi, the deceased’s widow, sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kithinji Mutegi, who died at Cottolengo Hospital in Kenya, on 29th February , 2020. Box 67-60202, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutunga Tiribi alias M’Mutunga M’Thiribi alias Zakalia Mutunga, who died at Cottolengo Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 9th December, 2007.
