CAUSE NO. 247 OF 2023 By John Kathuri Ngungi, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbogo Kathanju, who died at Siakago Sub-location, on Sth June, 1986. CAUSE NO. E261 OF 2023 By Tabitha Muthoni Kabiro, of P.O. Box 6135-00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabiro Nyaga, who died at Whiterose Medical Centre, on 11th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
