TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E190 OF 2023 By (1) Mary Wanjiru Wainaina and (2) Joseph Mwangi Wainaina, both of P.O. Box 67-60103, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Nyambura Wainaina, who died at Garissa Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd March, 2017. CAUSE NO. E191 OF 2023 By Mary Wanjiru Wainaina, of P.O. Box 67-60103, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Wainaina Earnest Kamau alias Patric Wainaina Ernest Kamau alias Patrick Wainaina Kamau, who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 15th February, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
