CAUSE No. E83 OF 2023 By Tunje Chiro Runya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dickson Chiro Runya, who died on [8th July, 2013. CAUSE No. E142 OF 2023 By Elinah Shali Konde, of P.O. Box 48607-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Kazungu Konde, who died at Greenfield Estate, Nairobi, on 18th December, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
