TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2023 By (1) Maria Bokobora Wankuru and (2) Samwel Waingari Wankuru, both of P.O. Box 9, Kegonga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbusiro Wangari Mwita alias Mbusiro Waingari Mwita, who died at Kebarisia Sub-location, on 11th September, 2011. CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2023 By (1) Julius Mwita Magige and (2) John Magige Mwita, both of P.O. Box 42, Kegonga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boke Magige Mwita, who died at Nyatara Sub- location, on 13th January, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
