TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2023 By (1) Albert Lekakeny Olekayoni and (2) Philip Kipkorir Kibii, both of P.O. Box 29-20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibii Sowe alias Kibii Kipsuge, who died at Murangishu, on 15th September, 1990. CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2023 By (1) Teriki Lukorito and (2) Samson Kibii Rotich, both of P.O. Box 191, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rotich Chebinjor alias Rotich Chemchor, who died at Nzoia Sub-location, on 28th February, 2021. CAUSE NO. E92 OF 2023 By (1) Grace Ngeleno Lekakeny and (2) Nancy Jeptoo Lekakeny, both of P.O. Box 58, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lekakenya Kibaibai alias Lakakenya Kibaibai, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 18th April, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
