CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2023 By Isaac Ndunda Ndetei, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Ndetei Ndunda, who died at District Hospital, Makindu in Kenya, on 9th January, 2012. CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2023 By Isaac Mandi Ng’oku, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wausi Ng’oku Kithyaka, who died at Makutano, on 16th August, 2008. CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2023 By Dickson Mulwa Ngui, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngui Isika Mwalili, who died at Kibwezi Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd September, 2019.
