TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2023 By (1) Zakayo Omwancha, (2) Nicodemus Onunga Omwancha and (3) David osoro Omwancha, all of P.O. Box 2, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omwancha Onyancha, who died at Tendere Location, on 26th November, 2021. CAUSE No. E125 OF 2023 By Richard Juma Moraa, of P.O. Box 1, Kenyenya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sospeter Juma Okari alias Juma Okari, who died at Hill View Estate, on 12th August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
