Box 1209-00232, Ruiru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muchiri Munji alias Ibrahim Muchiri Munji, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 19th August, 2013. 3rd November, 2023 CAUSE NO. 101 OF 2023 By Mungai Kamau, of P.O. Box 8802-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muchiri Kuhonwo alias Muchiri Kihono, who died at Kamburu Sub-location, on 23rd November, 1969. CAUSE No. 128 OF 2023 By Tom Kimani Ndungu, of P.O. Box 77-00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zeborah Wairimu Waithaka alias Wairimu Willie, who died at Kindiga, Kanjai, on 6th October, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
