CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2023 By George Munyere Kinya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wanjiru Kinya, who died at Ongata Rongai, on 13th December, 2022. CAUSE No. E112 OF 2023 By Ngugi Nganga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martha Njahira Ngugi, who died at Huruma, on 16th July, 2006. CAUSE No. E115 OF 2023 By (1) Esther Nyokabi Ndiaga and (2) Samuel Mwangi Ndiaga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Ndiaga Njogu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 24th October, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
