TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E205 OF 2023 By (1) Hannah Mumbi Muchai and (2) Ezekiel Kibe Muchai, both of P.O. Box 56, Matathia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esau Muchai Mbugua, who died at Mukeu, on 29th February, 2016. CAUSE NO. E211 OF 2023 By Rahab Wairimu Kuria, of P.O. Box 43563-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kuria Kamau, who died at Kiambaa, on 24th June, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
