TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E126 OF 2023 By (1) Hannah Wanjiru David and (2) David Muturi Ikua, both of P.O. Box 442-00518, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate cf Gabriel Karanja David, who died at Nabikoto, Kimilili, on Ist June, 2015. CAUSE NO. E183 OF 2023 By (1) Catherine Nyambura Karanja, (2) Hottensia Wambuku Karanja and (3) Jane Wanjiru Karanja, all of P.O. Box 432, Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Miingi Kangethe, who died at Gatimi Sub-location, on 20th February, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
