TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 68 OF 2023 By (1) Elias Ngala Mwambegu, (2) Furaha Michael Kahindi, (3) Mwambegu Kahindi Ngumbao and (4) Samuel Tsangwa Kahindi, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Victor Kahindi, who died on 18th January, 2017. CAUSE NO. E164 OF 2023 By Mlewa Kahindi Kiserecho, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiserecho Ndiro Dieka, who died on 16th July, 2002. CAUSE NO. E166 OF 2023 By (1) Sidi Nzai Kombe and (2) Riziki Leonard Katana, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Katana Mangi, who died on 15th January, 2021. CAUSE NO. E171 OF 2023 By Ali Aftab Butt, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aftab Ahmed Shariff Butt, who died on 4th March, 2021.
