TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E119 OF 2023 By (1) Henry Nyabuto Marangia and (2) Peter G. Maragia, both of P.O. Box 881, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simion Oimeke Niyaka, who died at Meridian Equator Hospital in Kenya, on 13th May, 2015. CAUSE NO. E199 OF 2023 By Doris Kemunto Oenga, the deceased’s widow for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hibrahim Achando Oenga, who died at Iranda Sub-location, on 21st July, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
