Box 590-40200, Kisti in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oriku Osiemo, who died at Bonyanchaire, on 16th November, 1986. CAUSE NO. E325 OF 2023 By Pius Mayaka Nyanchoka, of P.O. Box 35-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benedicto Gwaro, who died on 20th December, 1993. CAUSE NO. E351 OF 2023 By Yunia Nyaboke Opingo, of P.O. Box 858~-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opingo Neko, who died at Nyangena Hospital in Kenya, on 25th July, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
