TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E180 OF 2022 By Mariam W. Ali, of P.O. Box 46-20202, Kipkelion in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the Ali Abdulrahman, who died at District Hospital, Kericho in Kenya, on 20th October, 1981. CAUSE NO. E154 OF 2022 By (1) Johnstone Kibii Tonui and (2) Chepkorir Maurine, both of P.O. Box 1195-20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptonui arap Sambu, who died at Chepkurbet, on 2nd November, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
