Box 778, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kiprugut Maritlm, who died at District Hospital, Kericho in Kenya, on 14th May, 2011. CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2023 By Daniel Cheruiyot Langat, of P.O. Box 34, Kiptugumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplangat arap Keter, who died at Sombicho, on Ist December, 1973. CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2023 By Francis Kipruto Koech, of P.O. Box 52, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabsaga Chepkurui Baigog alias Tapsaga Chepkurui Baigog, who died at Cheboswa, on 8th September, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
