TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E179 OF 2023 By Esther Wanjiku Kariuki, of P.O. Box 317-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kariuki Mbatia, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 31st December, 2007. CAUSE NO. 233 OF 2023 By Alice Wakonyo and (2) Abraham Kering, both of P.O. Box 11276-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkering Moseset Kimagut, who died at Racecourse Hospital in Kenya, on 9th August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
