CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2023 By (1) John Kimanzi Mutua and (2) Benjamin Muvengei, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephine Wamuo Manzi, who died at District Hospital, Mwingi in Kenya, on 20th April, 2001. CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2023 By Kavili Musyoka Ndue, of P.O. Box 1~90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, through Messrs. Mbaluka & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musyoka Ndue Kyangu, who died at Kombo Munyiri Sub-location, on 30th March, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
