TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E194 OF 2023
By (1) Wifred Muthoni Nyaga and (2) Mercy Njoki Mwaniki, both of P.O. Box 274-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mwaniki Nthiga, who died along Embu-Kiritiri
Road, on 13th June, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
