TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 392 OF 2023 By (1) Eunice Wanjiru Thige and (2) Peter Wambugu Thige, both of P.O. Box 494, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eustace Thige Wambugu, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 8th February, 2023. CAUSE NO. 431 OF 2023 By (1) Grace Wangari Wanjohi, (2) Nancy Njoki Mathenge and (3) John Irungu Wanjohi, all of P.O. Box 200, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Wangechi Wanjohi alias Margaret Wangeci Wanjohi, who died at J. M. Kariuki Hospital in Kenya, on 24th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
