TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: ora November, ZUZ5 DHE KENYA GAZEILIE 43891 CAUSE No. 282 OF 2023 By Carren Nyokabi Nyangati, the deceased’s wife, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Wanjohi Muchiri, who died at N.C.R.H., on 25th June, 2020. CAUSE NO. E367 OF 2023 By Josephat Kigotho Wainyari, of P.O. Box 80-20302, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Wanjiku Musa, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 30th July, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
