E339 OF 2023 By (1) Millicent Muthoni Nganga and (2) Albert Gitau Nganga, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Gilbert Nganga Gitau, who died at Gaiatega, on 12th November, 2022. CAUSE NO. E355 OF 2023 By Teresa Kabura Murage, of P.O. Box 79703-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Kimani Gicheru alias Jacob Kimani Ngicheru, who died at District Hospital, Murang’a in Kenya, on 16th March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
