CAUSE NO. 133 OF 2023 By (1) Teresia Wanjiru Ndungu and (2) Francis Ndung’u Chege, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambui Mburu, who died at Munyu Sub-location, on 15th October, 2022. CAUSE NO. E139 OF 2023 By (1) Samuel Mwaura Kagwima and (2) Ayub Njoroge Kagwima, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kagwima Njeri, who died at Munyu Centre B., on 23rd March, 1999, The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
