TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E712 OF 2023 By Drinold Aluda Mbete, of P.O. Box 43, Kakamega in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Muhalia Malenya alias David Muhalia Olieni, who died at Iguhu Hospital in Kenya, on 7th June, 2010. CAUSE NO. E713 OF 2023 By Kaitano Likabo Muhati, of P.O. Box 43, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Likavo Mbolo alias Francis Likabo Mmbolo, who died at Mahiakalo, on 14th April, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
