TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E292 OF 2023 By Makokha Ndenga Makokha, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Weimi Makokha, who died at Kingandole Sub-location, on 6th April, 1970. CAUSE No. E512 oF 2023 By Benter Achieno Ojiambo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Achola Odende, who died at Ikonzo Sub-location, on 19th October, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
