TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E377 OF 2023 By Gordon Omondi Oluoch, of P.O. Box 510-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s stepbrother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Morris Okoth Oluoh alias Morris Okoth, who died at District Hospital. Kilifi in Kenya, on 14th October, 2003. CAUSE NO. E449 oF 2023 By Hesbone Otieno Odindo, of P.O. Box 126, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrea Orwako alias Orwako Oulu, who died on 6th May, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
