TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E126 OF 2023 By (1) Mervyn Anthony Agnel Manuel De Souza and (2) Roseleen Melinda Lourdes Sebastiana De Souza, the executors named in the deceased’s written will, for a grant of probate of written will intestate to the estate of Olivia Da Piedade Marques De Souza, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 12th September, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
