TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E85 OF 2023 By (1) Norman Saburi Ernest Mjambili and (2) Noel Mbaji Mjambili, both of P.O. Box !25-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Kadzo Mjambili, who died at Kericho, on 31st August, 2021. CAUSE No. E101 OF 2023 By Nancy Muthoni Mwangi, of P.O. Box 96266, Likoni in Kenya, the executrix named in the deceased’s written will, for a grant of probate of written will intestate to the estate of Helen Njeri Kariuki, who died on 23rd July, 2021. CAUSE No. E115 OF 2023 By (1) Sidney Ray Oketch and (2) Michelle Hellena Wanga, both of P.O. Box 86359-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Winnie Margaret Oketch, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 15th May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
