TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2023 By (1) Kiprotich Tallam and (2) Nelson Kipkirui Tallam, both of P.O. Box 15, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kiplagat Kiptalam, who died at Kiplombe, Baringo, on 16th Octobe, 2021. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2023 By (1) Sote Kiboiwo Cherutich, (2) Laban Chelego Boiywo and (3) Dickson Kipkemboi Boiwo, all of P.O. Box 1430403, Marigat in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiboiwo Cherutich alias Bara, who died at Perkerra, on 20th August, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
