TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2023 By (1) Samson Mkoma Mwagandi and (2) Peter Mwadime Mwagandi, both of P.O. Box 41670-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Mwagandi Bombo, who died on 18th April, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
