TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E125 OF 2023 By Paul Mutua Munyao, of P.O. Box 167-90119, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Munyao Kilonzo, who died at Ikatini, on 25th February, 2010. CAUSE NO. E200 OF 2023 By Peter Ngwili Wambua, of P.O. Box 99, Masinga in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzivi Wambua, who died at Masinga, Yatta, on 15th October, 2008. CAUSE NO. E201 OF 2023 By (1) Mwongeli Wambua, (2) Mutile Ndonye and (3) Peter Ngwili Wambua, all of P.O. Box 99, Masinga in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambua Nzula, who died at Mathauta, on 24th September, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
