Box 183-40105, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ongeto Okinda, who died on 22nd August, 1998. CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2023 By Mary Awinja Otieno, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Ozengo Kisiya alias Reuben Osengo Kisia, who died at North Kapuonja, on 9th June, 2008. CAUSE NO. E128 OF 2023 By (1) George Odhiambo Ochieng and (2) Belinder Adhiambo K’Oile, the deceased’s grandson and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakaria Okelo Okore alias Okelo Okore, who died on 3rd July, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
