TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 254 OF 2023 By (1) Margaret Olwe Abonga, (2) Hassan Odhiambo Abonga and (3) Joseph Sinyo Abonga, all of P.O. Box 99, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Abonga Ochoo alias Abonga Ochoo, who died at Wagwe South, on 3rd August, 1983. CAUSE NO. 633 OF 2023 By Francis Odada Onditi, of P.O. Box 35, Kadongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abur Dianga Dianga alias Abur Dianga, who died at Rongo Pala, on 7th June, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
