TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court ™ CAUSE NO. E101 OF 2023 By Ruvinus Ouko Mariwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rufinus Mariwa Kasera, who died on 24th November, 1985. CAUSE NO. E143 OF 2023 By Pollycap Otieno Ngere, of P.O. Box 1-40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s co-widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngere Oindo, who died on 10th May, 1996. CAUSE NO. £191 OF 2023 By Benard Onyango Amolo, of P.O. Box 109, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Amolo Opande, who died on 9th August, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
