E74 OF 2023 By (1) Ali Kirokote Bakari and (2) Ramadhan Mururi Bakari, the decesed’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Iddi Bugwena Mungura, who died at Mkendwa, Kisumu, on 7th August, 1989. CAUSE NO. E108 OF 2023 By Millicent Anyango Nyambogo, of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the decesed’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyambogo Agiso, who died on Ist April, 2007. CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2023 By Joshua Odero Nyakeno, of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the decesed’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martinus Nyakeno Ogol alias Martin Nyakeno, who died on 5th December, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
