TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E42 OF 2023 By Benard Kioko Kiilu, of P.O. Box 52532-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Nguma Mbunga, who died at Kyamuoso, on Sth May, 1995. CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2023 By George Mulinge Musyimi, of P.O. Box 204-90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nason Musyimi Kivau, who died at Muumandu, Kalama, on 17th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
