E165 OF 2023 By (1) Anderson Gona Fondo and (2) Christine Zawadi Gona Fondo, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jumwa Chengo Ruwa Riga, who died at Sokoni, Kilifi, on 23rd February, 2009.
