TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2023 By Rodgers Sammy Katana, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sammy Katana alias Katana Baya Thoya, who died at Malindi Hospital in Kenya, on 28th December, 2007. CAUSE NO. E190 OF 2023 By Jackson Nzai Kaingu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanze Kaingu Nzai, who died at Timboni, Maweni, on 2nd June, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
