TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2023 By (1) Paul Kobil Komen and (2) Joseph Cheserek Kobil, both of P.O. Box 466-30700, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kobil Kaino alias Kabil arap Kaino, who died on 23rd January, 1999. CAUSE NO. E101 OF 2023 By Carolina Jepkemboi Kimutai, of P.O. Box 374, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kimutai Yator, who died on 23rd July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
