CAUSE NO. E80 OF 2023 By (1) Erick Kimutai Kigen and (2) Joseph Kiprono Kigen, of P.O. Box 4, Chepkorio in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kigen Cherutich, who died at Tambach Hospital in Kenya, on 20th July, 1986.
