TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E349 OF 2023 By Zadock Otieno Aloo, of P.O. Box 15, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John E. Onyango Aloo alias John Onyango Aloo, who died at Kachieng Sub-location, on 15th October, 2004. CAUSE No. E404 oF 2023 By Perez Clement Okumu, of P.O. Box 63—40200, Kadongo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Hore Owiti, who died at Kabondo Sub-location, on 14th March, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
