E30 OF 2022 By (1) Edwina Awiti Nyawira and (2) Erick Omondi Otieno, the deceased’s widow and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Ochieng Odero, who died on 30th December, 1999. CAUSE No. E33 OF 2022 By (1) Eunice Achieng Juma and (2) Emmanuel Ochieng Ligeiyo, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Juma Ondiek, who died on 20th April, 2000. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2023 By Esther Akinyi Ajumbo the deceased’s widow for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate-of George Allan Manyalla Ochieng alias George Allan Manyala Ochieng, who died on 30th April, 2003. CAUSE No. E18 OF 2023 By Rose Achieng Ojwang, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pitalis Okoth Ochieng alias Pitalis Okoth, who died on Sth April, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
