TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2023 By Wilkister Nyamoita Nyakwoyo, of P.O. Box 1, Nyansiongo in Kenya, the deceased’s mother-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Keremencia Kerubo Segera, who died at Nyansiongo, on 30th May, 1993. CAUSE NO. E128 OF 2023 By Charles Ngota Kimanga, of P.O. Box 2, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimanga Nyaberu, who died at Miruka, on 12th April, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
