TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2023 By (1) Konana ole Leparakuo and (2) Marcela Seeyio Parakuo, both of P.O. Box 4, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and sister- in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patita ole Leparakuo, who died on Sth September, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
